Diana brings nearly 10 years of experience working with adolescent and adults.With a strong belief in one’s ability to create meaningful change in their life, Diana provides guidance and evidence-based support when situations can feel overwhelming or unmanageable. She has helped individuals, families, and couples in building resiliency, eliminating self-limiting patterns, and creating goals to promote wellness using person-centered principles, trauma-informed frameworks, and mindfulness-integrated practices.Diana’s approach combines in-depth discussion, skill development, and active application of positive behaviours, while acknowledging the influence of culture and systemic barriers.
