Individual Psychotherapy
50 min- $175 / 80 min- $240
We offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults seeking support with short and long-term challenges with mental health, life stressors and well-being. Psychotherapy is an evidence-based practice which involves assessment, collaboration, treatment planning, goal setting and evaluation.
Psychotherapy begins with an Initial Assessment (80min) to discuss present concerns, relevant history, and goal setting, and is followed by 50 minute session treatment sessions. The length of frequency of sessions will be discussed in your first session based on your concerns, preferences, and recommendations from your therapist.
